What is a DAO?

The term DAO is an acronym for Decentralized Autonomous Organization. In a nutshell a DAO is an entity or organization with no central leadership. All tasks completed by contributors are easily viewable on their profile. This makes Dework a great tool for building a Web3 profile and reputation which is arguably indispensable in this new age of work. The profile building feature is my personal favorite. Having your work & contribution history on-chain and easily accessible globally is akin to having your resume (one that will automatically update with each task you complete) on the blockchain and easy for everyone to access.
